My item was damaged on delivery
This is extremely rare as we choose only the best quality manufacturers for our items. On the occasion it does happen, we will offer an exchange or a refund. We may ask you to deliver the item back to us.
Our products are sent 1st class delivery (tracked) so they should be with you between 1-2 days. In case of a postal delay, we require a minimum of 14 days from the dispatch date before offering a refund or exchange. As our products come with a tracking number, you should easily be able to track your parcel on it's way to you!

I picked the wrong colour/size or I don’t like my item!
Usually this would not warrant a refund but we don’t like to leave any customer unhappy! Drop us a message either on live chat or on CustomerCare@CheekyTrendy.Com and we will see what we can do for you!
Conditions we may deny refunds:
- Products that have been highly used or soiled
- Earrings may not not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
- Used health objects, creams & Lotions etc
- Products we have reason to believe were not bought from CheekyTrendy.com
- Products that have been lost after delivery.
